Register as a Photographer

Registration is not available for individuals under 18 years of age.

Mobile phone photography is prohibited in the photographers’ area surrounding the track; only professional cameras are allowed.

I commit to fully comply with the instructions of the race organizers both inside and outside the track.

I acknowledge that I must submit all photographed content from the Saudi Toyota Championship to the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation via email at: Digitalmedia@samf.gov.sa

I acknowledge and pledge not to use drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) without obtaining official permission from the General Authority of Civil Aviation. If permission is granted, I undertake to provide a copy of the permit to the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation.

I fully understand that the Federation is not responsible for any legal or security consequences resulting from the unauthorized use of drones.

I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the registration times, and the process for collecting the entry permit and safety vest.

I understand that no registration requests will be accepted after the deadline announced on the official Saudi Toyota Championship website and its social media channels.

I acknowledge that I must collect the entry permit and safety vest on the first day of the championship.
